I'm very happy for you, and do get in touch with us when he's back if he wants non-invasive ways to improve his back. We're gonna be doing more pieces on back maintenance this year. Having a baby is bringing some of my back problems back so it'll be rather topical for me!

Hemangini - The first 4 postures are only on the blog so far. We both got sidetracked by having babies, moving house and injuries at the end of the year last year.. and are gradually getting back into the swing of things. We're looking to start putting more videos up on the blog very soon.

@rnelsonbrown - Thanks for the suggestion. The over the shoulder POV doesn't usually work because you can't see enough of the body. What we will start doing though, is start filming the mirror image so you can follow that more easily. Thanks for dropping by :)

Much appreciate having your separate movement vids. Really like being able to breakdown the movements into their separate components.

Wonder if you have ever considered having the camera POV over the shoulder and to the right or left, so that the viewer can see what you are doing from that perspective, like in a class. Translating a mirror image, at least for me, is quite difficult, as everything is backwards, so i often find myself frustrated trying to follow moves that are the opposite of what i am trying to do.

Once again, thank you for your time and effort, and clear instruction.

Hello!

I have loved learning the first postures. I am starting number 4. I cannot find any beyond 5? Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I just loved the way you were teaching it.

I have had trouble trying to learn it other ways and I am so happy that I am finally "getting it" a little because I am able to play your clips over and over.

Thanks so much.
