    Really like your friendly, chatty-style videos. I can see these becoming very popular!

    I had/have knee troubles too, and agree that Taiji is a fantastic way of rehabilitating such ailments. Exercising joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles combined with improving posture and generally learning to use your body properly really does help eliminate injuries over time.

    Hello!

    I have loved learning the first postures. I am starting number 4. I cannot find any beyond 5? Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I just loved the way you were teaching it.

    I have had trouble trying to learn it other ways and I am so happy that I am finally “getting it” a little because I am able to play your clips over and over.

    Hemangini – The first 4 postures are only on the blog so far. We both got sidetracked by having babies, moving house and injuries at the end of the year last year.. and are gradually getting back into the swing of things. We’re looking to start putting more videos up on the blog very soon.
